Unlocking Your Elite Potential: A Guide to Navigating Finals Season

Congratulations you have been promoted! You are now one of my elite students!
As the end of the semester approaches and finals week looms, many students experience a lot of stress. This can be due to group or individual projects, physical exams, or other factors. However, by the end of this article, you will know the skills to become an Elite Student this final season:
Sleep and nutrition are crucial for improved brain performance, mood, and overall health. Make sure you get a good night's rest and eat healthily.
Write down all your due dates to avoid forgetting important deadlines. You can use a digital calendar such as Google or Outlook, or you can use a planner.
Professors appreciate when students come to them for help, so don't hesitate to schedule an office-hours meeting with your professor if you have any questions or concerns.
Collaborating with classmates can be incredibly beneficial. Join or form a study group to review material, quiz each other, and share study tips. The Center for Learning and Student Success (C.L.A.S.S) offers free group tutoring for many courses at Bird Library.
Stay inside for a weekend. Outside will always be there so we advise you to stay in for a weekend or two to get a head start on studying to avoid last-minute cramming sessions.
